This page supports of the Colorado and Wyoming Army MARS Program

  The MARSgram form may be used to send a MARS gram to a service member or by service members to send to their families.  This service is only available to US Military Personnel and their families, Department of State Personnel, and Department of Defense Civilian Personnel.

Although the above forms can be used to submit actual reports they can also be sent only to the originator as a practical training exercise. All of the reports generated will be in accordance with Oplan 4-02.
